B.S. Management

“The overarching goal is to prepare students for management positions in a variety of business environments.”

- Chuck Roome

The Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Management stresses skill development in business management. This includes analysis and problem solving, the application of global perspectives, the identification of appropriate methods of communication, the application of relevant technologies, and developing ethical solutions using critical thinking. All skills are examined within a biblical framework.

You’re an independent, self-motivated person, and you’re ready to earn your degree. Now, you can do it on your terms, at your own pace at Indiana Wesleyan University. The Bachelor of Science in Management (Competency-Based Education) leverages what you’ve already learned in management or supervision and equips you with the workplace mastery skills you need to excel in your desired career path.

  • Competency-based education (CBE) teaches practical, usable skills for business management
  • No due dates or timelines – complete as many courses as you can per term
  • Potential significant cost savings as compared to other online programs – a faster pace means more cost savings
  • Program leverages previous work experience as credits
